Enumeration

Cytosketch provides a tool to enumerate the images in a figure. To enumerate, click the enumeration tool Enum Tool and then click on the image. Keep Shift pressed to use the tool multiple times.

The enumeration is anchored to the image frame, this means that the enumeration stays at the position you placed it, even if the image is cropped, resized or rotated.

Enumeration Tool Overview

This section provides a quick overview of the Enumeration Tool box. Move the mouse over the screen shot below to see a short description of the individual controls or over the description to see the corresponding controls on the screen shot.

Enum Tool
  1. Determines the enumeration style.
  2. Preview of the enumeration that will be added next.
  3. Button to restart the enumeration.

How to Enumerate Images in a Figure

  1. Click the Enumeration Tool button Enum Tool
  2. In the Enumeration Tool box select a style and then click on the image.

  3. To use the tool multiple times, keep Shift pressed.

Reset the Enumeration

  1. Click the Enumeration Tool button Enum Tool
  2. In the Enumeration Tool box click Reset.
